Islamic leadership is a value-based leadership concept that emphasizes the integration of moral, spiritual, and social dimensions in leadership practice. This article aims to analyze the multidimensional profile of Islamic leadership by highlighting three main domains: individual, educational, and societal. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature review by analyzing relevant books and scientific articles, particularly in the context of Islam and Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the individual dimension, in the form of the moral and spiritual integrity of the leader, is the main foundation of Islamic leadership. In the educational realm, Islamic leadership plays a strategic role in developing and transforming human resources with morals and professionals. Meanwhile, in the socio-community realm, Islamic leadership functions as an instrument for realizing public welfare through the principles of justice, trustworthiness, and service. This study emphasizes the importance of an integrative approach in understanding and implementing Islamic leadership to ensure its relevance to contemporary educational and social challenges in Indonesia.
