This study aims to analyze the formation of Qur’anic consciousness through the Tahfizh Al-Qur’an program at MI Al Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the Tahfizh program is implemented in a structured manner through muroja’ah (repetition), memorization deposits (setoran), motivation, character habituation, and teacher role modeling. This program has positive implications for the formation of students' Qur’anic consciousness, encompassing aspects of faith, worship, morals, discipline, responsibility, and academic enthusiasm. Based on the questionnaire results, the average level of students' Qur’anic consciousness reached 80%, categorized as "excellent," while the average memorization achieved by students was 2 juz. This study confirms that the Tahfizh program is effective in shaping the character and spirituality of elementary school students based on Qur’anic values.
